You upload an audio or video recording (recorded session, video call, dictaphone). InitiateFlow transcribes it, identifies speakers, detects the agenda, decisions and votes, then generates structured minutes browsable online — searchable, shareable and exportable.

Absolutely. In local mode, everything stays on your servers — zero internet connection required for transcription. In cloud mode, hosting is provided by Infomaniak, the Swiss sovereign cloud. Your data stays in Switzerland, compliant with the DPA and GDPR.

Yes. InitiateFlow identifies different voices and attributes each statement. You can then link each voice to a name, and the system will remember this for future sessions.
